Before Medical Exam Appointment• Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. • Have your ID and required documents ready. • You will complete a medical history questionnaire and sign a declaration from IRCC.

What to BringYou must bring one of the following identification documents: • Original Passport (preferred document) • National Identification Card • Canadian driver’s License • Refugee Protection Claimant Document, Refugee Travel Document • Copy of Passport Certified by a Canadian Visa Office • Red Cross Travel Document, UN Laissez-passer * Your document must be original and valid * You must also bring the following: • Any forms or letters received from the IRCC • All your prescription medications • Medical reports relevant to significant medical conditions such as cancers or significant hospitalizations • Eye glasses or contacts • Covid vaccine records if available. * Do not bring passport photos, We will take a digital photo. *

After Medical Exam Appointment• Your test results will be automatically sent back to our panel physician and uploaded to eMedical within 5 - 10 business days. • We will contact you before uploading your file to eMedical if your results require a follow-up. • You may request a copy after results have been submitted with a fee of $20. • The IRCC will make the final decision regarding your immigration medical exam. If there is an issue with your medical exam, the visa office will contact you in writing. • Please visit the IRCC website for any concerns or a follow-up on your file.

During Medical Exam AppointmentExamination will include: • Complete health assessment: checking height, weight, blood pressure and physical exam. • Vision, urine analysis, blood test and CXR depending on age.
